Shipping Policy:
Products are typically shipped from our processing studio via USPS within three days of your order being submitted. Federal holidays are observed by our staff and may result in an additional day or two processing time depending on when the holiday occurs in the normal work week. If you have unique shipping requirements you can call us to make special arrangements for a nominal service fee.

Return Policy:
Vivid Impressions strives to gain your complete satisfaction with the products and services we sell. We realize there are times when a problem may arise with an order that requires special attention. If you find a mistake with your order you must contact us within seven days of your order arrival to arrange appropriate accommodations.

The following guidelines are provided to help address typical resolutions to the most common cause for returning merchandise.

Problem: An order arrives in the mail damaged.
Resolution: Our products are carefully packed and prepared for transport through the United States Postal System (USPS). On rare occasion a package may be damaged in transit due to problems within the USPS delivery service. You will receive a full replacement for damaged product(s) as a result of shipping error. Please call our office for specific instructions for how to return damaged merchandise.

Problem: My order contains a wrong photo or is missing prints.
Resolution: On rare occasion during peak processing times an order may become incomplete or have errors related to filling your selected photographs. We will be happy to correct any errors of this nature, please call our office to receive instructions on obtaining replacement products.

Problem: After receiving my products I realized that I must have ordered the wrong picture.
Resolution: We constantly strive to keep our operating costs low so that we can pass the saving on to our customers through low cost products. When an order has been processed and a product is made, raw materials are consumed and valuable staff time is expended, neither of which can be recovered. Therefore, products created in error as a result of a mistake made during the ordering process are not refundable or replaceable at no cost.
